If you are experiencing trouble processing your online payment, please ensure that the following parameters are configured:
1) Your pop-up window settings authorise www.servitir.com.
To view a list of authorised sites, click on tools and see whether the pop-up window block is active. In the case you have the block pop-up windows function active, click on the configuration option and add www.servitir.com to the list of safe sites. This will immediately allow you to process your payment via the Servired network.
2) If your card is not authorised by Servired, please contact your bank directly. Servitir does not have direct contact with the Servired network in case a card payment is rejected.
